Cherry Berry Smoothie Bowl

Mother Nature has graced us with another snow day, so we are nestled in this morning with a gorgeous smoothie bowl and our favorite movie.
Frozen berries, tart cherry juice and banana blended together and topped with shredded coconut, sliced almonds, dried roses and java chocolate granola.
For all my fellow female friends, tart cherry 🍒 juice is excellent as a holistic remedy for menstrual cramps during our monthly cycle. This is because tart cherries have natural pain relieving properties similar to ibuprofen and naproxen.
Simply drink 4oz of organic tart cherry juice each day of your cycle to help relieve pain and also lighten your flow.



  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 4oz organic tart cherry juice
  • Granola
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Almonds
  • Dried Culinary Roses


  1. Add frozen berries, banana and cherry juice to a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy.  If too thick, add a tiny bit of water.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, fresh fruit, almonds, coconut and dried roses.
