Pico de Gallo
- 2-3 large firm tomatoes
- 1 medium onion (red or white)
- 2-4 jalapenos to taste
- juice of one lime or more to taste
- salt to taste
- Finely dice tomatoes, onions and jalapenos.
- Season with lime juice and salt. Taste and adjust as necessary.
- Serve with blue corn chips. Enjoy.
