Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream
Who says you can't have ice cream for breakfast? This recipe contains no dairy or added sugar, and in just one meal you will get your daily recommended 3 servings of fruit. Win, win!!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup water
- blueberries, sliced almonds, unsweetened coconut for topping
- Add bananas, peanut butter and water to a high speed blender. Blend until creamy.
- Serve in a bowl and top with your favorite fruit, nuts, seeds, or superfoods!
