Blueberry Avocado Mint Smoothie

- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ half avocado
- 1 large orange, peeled
- 1 cup cold water
- ½ cup lightly packed mint leaves
- Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or high-speed blender and blend for 60 seconds or until completely emulsified.
