Blueberry Avocado Mint Smoothie

This creamy smoothie features our June Superfood of the month: Avocado!  Combined with mint, blueberry and orange, this smoothie is a detox powerhouse, packed with antioxidants and skin and heart loving nutrients to jumpstart your day.

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ half avocado
  • 1 large orange, peeled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ½ cup lightly packed mint leaves


  1. Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or high-speed blender and blend for 60 seconds or until completely emulsified.
