We know that a little stress can be good for you, but when you’re constantly feeling under pressure — overwhelmed, anxious, totally frazzled — the effects can actually add up to something dangerous. 

Too much stress can lead to physical symptoms such as headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and problems sleeping. Research suggests that stress also can bring on or worsen certain symptoms or diseases.

In this workshop Holistic Health Coach Alicia Uhl will share how stress affects your digestive health and your ability to lose weight.  
She will share what happens to the body when you are affected by stress, and how to completely relax the body in just 2 minutes or less.
