Too much stress can lead to physical symptoms such as headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and problems sleeping. Research suggests that stress also can bring on or worsen certain symptoms or diseases.

In this workshop Holistic Health Coach Alicia Uhl will share how stress affects your digestive health and your ability to lose weight.  
She will share what happens to the body when you are affected by stress, and how to completely relax the body in just 2 minutes or less.

The average football fan eats about a day's worth of calories during the game, and the U.S. Calorie Control Council estimates that Americans pack away 11 million pounds of chips on Super Bowl Sunday.

Join us for an evening of guilt-free snacking as we show you how to give heavy game-day fare a healthy makeover! But don’t worry, just because we say "guilt-free" doesn’t mean we did away with the wings and queso!
